RESERVED SEATS
Donors who give $1,000 or more are entitled to reserved seats.

As seating is limited, we ask that you email us if there are films you do NOT plan to attend.
A Festival Pass gives access for one person to attend every film. However, reserved seats are only for major donors. You DO NOT need individual tickets.

Please pick up your pass(es) from the GPJFF table in the lobby the first time you come to the theater during the Festival.
Purchasing a package of tickets adds ticket credits to your account to be redeemed for tickets to any film in any combination.
You need tickets at the theater. AFTER purchasing a Ticket Pack, here’s how to select & receive your film tickets:

Student tickets for individuals under 25 are $10 and available to purchase at the theater one hour before showtimes.
Tickets and passes are non-refundable but may be transferred upon request.
Passes may only be transferred before the festival begins.
Transfer requests should be sent as early as possible to support@gpjff.org; include your name, email address, the order number, and the name and email address of the person to whom the ticket should be transferred. Physical tickets may only be transferred before the ticketed event begins.
Doors to the auditoriums will be opened when Harkins staff indicates.
Only one additional seat may be saved per individual admitted.
Fire codes do not permit sitting in the aisles or standing at the back of the venue.
As a courtesy to our other guests, please do not leave empty seats in the middle of the row.
All electronic devices should be silenced and stowed away during screenings.
Bags are subject to inspection by the theater or our security personnel.
Auditoriums must be cleared following each screening.
GPJFF follows the current COVID-19 rules of the venue.
Wheelchair seating is available at all Harkins Theatres.
Personal assistive listening devices which amplify the sound or provide audio description narration are available for no charge at Guest Services in all Harkins Theatres for nearly all films.
Please ask one of our volunteers if seating assistance is needed.
Emergencies should be reported to the on-site security, Harkins staff and the GPJFF staff.
Security officers will be present at all times.

By attending a Festival venue, the ticket holder agrees to being photographed, filmed, or recorded in the event venue, and to the publication, reproduction, sales use, distribution, and broadcast of all photographs, video, or other recordings of the ticket holder’s voice or likeness without further notice or compensation in any publicity, advertisement, or other publication carried out by, or on behalf of, GPJFF in perpetuity in any manner and media whatsoever, including print, broadcast, or digital.
Cameras and recording devices are strictly prohibited during screenings.
