TICKETHOLDERS: Using a computer, use any browser other than Internet Explorer. Click on the link you were sent in your confirmation email. The computer can be connected to a TV's HDMI input slot (usually located on the rear of the TV) with an HDMI to HDMI cable, available at many retailers.

On a Smartphone or Tablet, click the link you were sent in your confirmation email. You may be able to send the film from your device to your TV using AirPlay or Chromecast. You CANNOT connect a cable or Screen Mirror from your Smartphone or Tablet to watch.

With a Roku, Amazon Fire TV Stick or Apple TV. Search for, and install, the Phoenix Jewish Film Festival Channel or App on your device. Enter the ticket code from the confirmation email.

PASSHOLDERS: click on the link in your confirmation email this will take you to a screen with 2 boxes - log in on the passholder side with your GPJFF email and password.

If using a Roku or similar, follow the on-screen instructions to link your device.

Vouchers and HH Passes may be purchased at any time and all films may be watched anytime up to 72 hours AFTER the SCHEDULED TIME.

Chromecast from a Chrome web browser on computers or Android devices by selecting the cast button at the bottom right-hand side of the player (Festival Portal). AirPlay from most browsers if you have an Apple TV or a compatible TV by selecting the AirPlay button at the bottom right-hand side of the player. Check your TV for AirPlay compatibility here.

GENERAL FAQs

Yes. However, once a film begins it can only be viewed from where it started and on the same network. Do not attempt to switch from cellular to wifi, even at the same location. There are a few films that can only be viewed in Arizona. These films are clearly marked on the film listing. These are restrictions by filmmakers and are not under the Festivals control.

Screenings begin at specific dates and times, and are available to start and view anytime up to 72 hours later.

Films and HH Passes can be purchased and watched anytime during the viewing window.

Where specified in the listing, Q&A's, interviews, and panel discussions will be streamed shortly after the film and remain available for the same 72-hour period.

One HH Festival Pass covers a single household. Additional HH Passes can be purchased to use as gifts. Instructions will be provided for gifting in the confirmation email.

Purchase one HH Festival Pass per household. Once you have accessed a film from one location, you can only access that film in that location.

No. The HH Pass does not require individual tickets. Access to films will follow the listing schedule. Passholders can create a reminder Watch List.

One single ticket covers a household. Of course, you may buy additional tickets as gifts. Each purchase will have its own code/link.

TECHNICAL FAQs & TROUBLESHOOTING

Use the password reset option on the Sign In page, here, to reset your password. You will need access to the e-mail address you use to log in.

If your internet connection is poor or inconsistent, you may experience problems during playback.

If on WIFI, try moving closer to your router. Try unplugging both your modem and router for 30 seconds before plugging back in. If using a separate modem and router, plug the modem back in first, and wait for the lights to come back on, then plug in your router.

If this happens, turn off Chromecast casting and restart it once the film starts playing.

No. A film can only be watched from a single location. You may not forward or share the link with others.

Yes. Each film is available for 72 hours from its scheduled screening and can be watched over that time period within the same household, even on different devices, on the same network. Do not attempt to switch from cellular to wifi, even at the same location. For best results, do not close the browser on the previous device before restarting on another.
