On the passholder side of the screen click on Forgot?. The Portal will ask you to re-enter your REGISTERED email, then send a RESET PASSWORD message to your email. GENERAL FAQs

Since we are an entirely virtual festival again in 2022, you only need one FESTIVAL PASS for your household to enjoy the whole festival. Being virtual means there is no need to select which films you plan to watch in advance, since seats are not limited by theater size. FESTIVAL PASSES can be purchased from January 17 through the end of the Festival here.

Once purchased, you will receive an emailed confirmation, noting the REGISTERED email you used for the purchase. KEEP THIS EMAIL WHERE YOU CAN FIND IT once the festival starts; you can use the link and need your REGISTERED email.

Additional Festival Passes can be purchased as gifts. If you do this, please send an email to exdir@gpjff.org with the email address and name of the person who should receive the gift.

Since the FESTIVAL PASS gives you access to all the festival films, there is a way to add films of particular interest in the Film Portal to a Watch List. Once the box office opens January 17, you can click on this link https://watch.gpjff.org to access the Festival Portal. Log in on the passholder side of the screen with your REGISTERED email. If you do not have or do not remember your password, click on Forgot? to create a new one.

Once you are in the Film Portal you will see films listed, but none will be available to watch. However, you can click on any film of particular interest and click on + Watch Later. Back on the Portal Homepage, along the top row of viewing options, you can select Watch Later, and your curated list will be displayed.

Similar to theaters, we have learned that many enjoy watching a number of our offerings, yet not the entire range of offerings. This year we are introducing a FLEX PASS. You get six household tickets (remember you only need one ticket for everyone in the household to view a film) at a discounted, bundled price. Once the box office opens January 17, you can select the six films you want to watch. You can choose all six at once or use your film credits at different times. Each time you use credits for specific films, you will receive a confirmation email that includes both a unique LINK and a related TICKET VOUCHER code for each film chosen. You can purchase a Flex Pass here.

Since we are an entirely virtual festival again in 2022, you only need one Ticket Voucher for your household to watch a film. You can view the film options and purchase tickets here. Household Tickets may be purchased until the end of a film's 3-day viewing period.

Once purchased, you will receive an emailed confirmation, sent to the REGISTERED email you used for the purchase. KEEP THIS EMAIL WHERE YOU CAN FIND IT; you will need the LINK(s) or the TICKET VOUCHER code(s) to screen the film(s) during the festival, February 10 - 27.

The films that can only be viewed within Arizona, approximately two-thirds of the 2022 Festival films, are clearly marked on the film description. These are restrictions by filmmakers and are not under the Festival's control.

Each film's screening begins on a specific date and is available to start and view anytime over 3 days. No start or end hours this year. Household Film Tickets can be purchased anytime during the viewing window.

Where specified in the listing, Q&A's, interviews, and panel discussions will be streamed shortly after a film and remain available for the same 3-day viewing window.

No. The HH Pass does not require individual tickets. Access to films will follow the listing schedule. Passholders can create a reminder Watch List.

One single ticket covers a household. Of course, you may buy additional tickets as gifts. Each purchase will have its own code/link.
